Entrance Hall A semi-circular room welcomes guests to Rossdale. The walls are cream and the floor black and white checked marble. It is welcoming and beckons one to come further into the house. Through the main arch, one can see the stairwell up to the upper floors.
Sitting Room Flanked in oak paneling covered in golden patterned wallpaper, the sitting room is formal without be uninviting. The warm colours that echo throughout the house: cranberry red, ivory, and gold. The art in the room depicts the hunt and riding - two of the master's favourite pasttimes.
Kitchen The kitchens are large and well lit by a large set of windows that face the vegetable and herb gardens just outside. They also afford a view of the drive - letting the cook know if there is to be company. Many hooks hang from the ceiling for drying herbs or curing meat.

Music Room/Ballroom The one lavish, highly decorated room in Darian's home, the ballroom/musicroom looks like a page out of Versaille. The ceiling and corners were painted panels and the molding gold leaf. It felt empty without any female in the house to fill it with music. Still, he had placed a piano forte inside as well as a harp and some wind instruments. And his violin.
Library The grand library of Rossdale is a sight to see. Walls are lined with dark wood bookcases, packed with organized literature. It would take two lifetimes to devour all the knowledge in these walls. It has a masculine air, with leather furnishings in hunter green and chocolate brown.

Dining Room The formal dining room of Rossdale looks out on the gardens at the rear of the house. It is done in maroons and reds, a great white fireplace beside the mahogany table that seats 16 comfortably. One of his sister's watercolours of Vasant Panchami, a festival in India celebrating one of the Hindu goddesses.

Breakfast/Private Dining Room Panelled pine walls and flower-patterned window treatments add to the already cheery aspect of the room. A grand chandlier hangs over the small oval Chippendale table, with seating for four. It is a lovely room for an intimate dinner or a private breakfast.
Master Bedroom Suite Darian's room is coloured in blood red and ivory, as well gold. A plush Persian rug covers most of the oak floorboards, its circular pattern adding to the geometric lines of the room. The bed, dressed in ivory, red, and gold, sits beneath a triangle of rich red velvet on the wall. A large grand painting of his mother is to the right of his bed, painted just before she died.

Darian's Private Study This is the one room in the house that tells the story of Darian's Indian heritage. The room is full of artifacts and brilliant bright colours that speak of the Indian culture. His desk of Aini wood, indigenous of Tamil Nadu in India, has a leather writing surface and tons of drawers and hideaways. There is a Sandalwood elephant that sits guard by the door, about knee height. In addition, he has a chaise for daydreaming or reading, covered in bright pink and patterned throughs and cushions. The room is lined with bookcases, many of them first editions.
Mistress' Bedroom Suite Currently dormant, these bedchambers are for the future mistress of the house. Checkered canary yellow wallpaper and ivory carpeting make this room airy and bright. The old maple bedstead, trunk and endtables bring a family feel to the room.
Guestrooms and Family Rooms There is a grand bedroom set aside for Emmaline and Domanic should they wish to stay in town. It is done up with rose pink walls and all the furnishings are black and white. A large bed of black oak overpowers the room, which also boasts a bay window view of the Indian gardens. Other guestrooms are done in ivories, reds, and navy blues.
Edelle's Guestroom Darian, wanting to allow for any possibility, has allotted one of the finest guestrooms in the house for the love of his life, Edelle du Arras. it is decorated in rich red and ivory, the walls in stripped wallpaper and the floor boasting a plush rich Persian carpet. The dark oak bed is flanked by a lovely carved hope chest, and the bedding matches the red patterns repeating in the room. There are white gauze curtains on the bed and windows. A painted dressing screed and ivory chaise long finish off the room.
Conservatory The conservatory is on the west side of the house, connected through a hidden door to the manor. It is filled with hothouse plants of all colours and origins. The glass dome is in the shape of a raja's palace roof, something from Darian's heritage. It is a lovely room for reflection or inspiration.

Grounds & Gardens The grounds of Rossdale boast a large stable where Darian continues his work of breeding and training horses, as well as some stunning gardens and a gazebo. There is a formal French-style garden with sculpted shrubbery and vast lawns spotted with Greecian scultures. But Darian's favourite garden was created just for him. It is lined with white marble, inclosing the large square plethera of colour. An English garden inside of an Indian setting. And a fountain of Buddha, water pouring from his folded hands, finishes off the grand garden.
